		<description>Good info.  I really like your #5 - reduce stress.  I know for me and my family, it&#039;s extremely comforting to know that we could live for about a month on the food we have stored in our home.  We are also working towards getting 2 weeks of water in our home, which is a storage challenge but I think it&#039;s important.</description>
